Leigh-on-Sea Supper Club
I trained as a chef at Westminster College and spent two years at Food by John Lawson, where I learnt about the benefits of eating food that is good for you. I am also a passionate gardener, I studied with the RHS at Writtle where my love for organic, seasonal food began. I love to create dishes with amazing produce; very often using vegetables from my own garden. My life is food from the garden to the plate!
I set up the Leigh on Sea Supper Club earlier this year; with the aim to share my love of food with creative, seasonal dishes. Our evenings are a celebration of fantastic produce in an informal, friendly environment.
We now offer private dining experiences in your home; with these unique evenings the dishes can be designed specifically for you, including plant based menus. Your evenings can be wine matched and we offer a table decoration service.
